Spa packages are valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. Unused services will expire after this period and cannot be extended or redeemed for cash value. Packages are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers or promotions.

Spa packages should not be regarded as gift certificates. All services of these packages must be redeemed in full within 2 visits or less, and the visits may only be scheduled with select service providers. Allot 3-4 hours to complete the package. Only 1 special offer package may be redeemed per person. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed with these packages. If we do not receive 24-hour notice of your need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, your package will become null and void.
